Fall 2027/Spring 2028 Returning Student Contract
The Returning student contract for Fall 27/Spring 28 is open and will close no later than December 1st, 2026. In the menu, click on the "Returner Fall 27/Spring 28 Contract" to submit your contract or check your contract status.

Spring 2027 Housing contracts
If you are a Spring 2027 admit or are returning from a Fall study abroad program, the Spring 2027 housing contract opened at 10am Eastern on Monday, October 5th.
Once spaces are full, a waitlist will be available for those who may remain interested in Spring 2027 housing by clicking on the Spring 2027 link. More information is available here.

Current On-Campus Residents: You may view your assignment and roommate/suitemate information below. Please note that the names displayed are legal names.
If you are in a double or triple occupancy room but this does not display the matching number of roommates, it is likely an additional roommate will be assigned later in the term.
Reassignment Request- If you are interested in a requesting a move to a different space, you can find the reassignment request by clicking the 3 lines on the top left of the screen, and then selecting Housing Forms/Reassignment Request. Make sure that you complete the entire request (3 pages). All students will receive an email to their FSU account when the request is available.
